The Residence Hua Hin will comprise of a main reception building to the front of the complex. Ample parking will be allocated in front of a lake, which will also be the setting for our Asian and Western cuisine restaurant, and breakfast area. The accommodation will be with 22 two bedroom Pool Villas with our intention to have some ' open space' within the complex, with lush tropical gardens, and quiet seating/relax areas, where you can read, work with your notebook, or just take in the scene!. While on the theme of relaxing, we will also have realistically priced spa facilities, ( Yoga sessions also planned ) and a multi Gym room for the energetic. The main swimming pool will also have a 'poolside' bar, which will also offer snacks and finger food.

The Residence Hua Hin located only 10 minutes from Hua Hin town Centre will comprise of only 25 Pool Villas. Each unit will have 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette with 2 bathrooms and a Spa pool with a sun terrace area and landscaped garden area to the front. These Villas are offered with hotel clients in mind, and when owners are not in-house the units will be added to our hotel room availability. Because of the rising costs of hotel accommodation in Hua Hin, we have found that there is a real shortage of 'family' accommodation at realistic nightly rates, so this is an ideal opportunity for a visiting family to stay in a private villa in hotel Resort surroundings.
