The Kamala Coconut Grove project is a small boutique development of semi-detached Town houses situated on a ca. 800 sqm site located in Kamala. The attractive location at the sophisticated West coast of Phuket distinguishes with great infrastructure, beautiful beaches and various options of sport and leisure time activities.The site affords a peaceful and private atmosphere, just 5 minutes away from the spectacular Kamala beach. The Project is comprised of seven exclusive semi-detached Town houses includes several facilities for common use of all Town house owners as car parking area, access way to a pool (incl. extra child pool) flat zone and a pool terrace.Payments 1. On signing of the Reservation Agreement, a non-refundable Reservation Fee of Thai Baht 200,000 to be paid.2. First Installment (25 % of total) upon signing of Land lease Agreement and Villa Sale/Purchase Agreement (minus Reservation fee), whereas entering into aforementioned main agreements shall happen within 30 days of entering into the Reservation Agreement. Second Installment (25% of total) upon completion of foundation. Fourth Installment (20% of total) upon completion of roof and frame. Fifth Installment (20% of total) upon completion of villa structure. Final Payment (10% of total) upon villa ownership transfer and land lease registration with the responsible land office. Property Management and Maintenance Services Maintenance of the common areas and management of the Project will be accomplished by the developer, and an annual maintenance levy will be charged to the Town-house owners to cover the cost of these services. Additionally, payment into a Sinking Fund shall be made to cover costs for major repairs in the Project. In addition, the maintenance company may offer maintenance services to individual Town-house owners, including: House Care cleaning, airing and general maintenance of the house while unoccupied 24 hour Security Services Pool maintenance Garbage collection and Gardening services
